Acceptance of auction sale dates on the Angus Australia's Sales & Events listing gives no priority for the registrant and does not preclude any other member from conducting a sale on that same sale date, subject to the following:

- Members of the AA agree not to conduct a sale on the same day as any other member, if they are within a 100km radius of that sale and where a member has had a sale in the immediate preceding year on the equivalent day. An exception is when sales within 100 kms on the same day commence at different times and with the agreement of all vendors.

- The member who held a sale in the immediate preceding year on a certain day has priority to that equivalent day in the following year.
