Election of State and National Directors to the Board of Angus Australia
In accordance with the Constitution of the Angus Society of Australia, one National elected Director, along with State elected Directors for the states of Victoria, South Australia and Queensland were required to vacate their positions and, if they were eligible, may stand for election again.
Following a nomination process, a ballot was conducted among Full and Honorary members to vote for the State and National elected directors.
The ballot concluded on Thursday, 4th May at 5pm whereby the results of the ballot were scrutinised by the company auditors.
Following this process, Angus Australia is pleased to announce that the following directors will commence a 2-year term on the Board at the conclusion of the AGM which is to be held on Thursday 18th May 2023.
