All the Angus Action from Melbourne
From just over 70 head of Angus on show at Melbourne, JSR Livestock came out on top with the Supreme Exhibit award with their Junior and Grand Champion Female.
After winning both the Junior and Grand Champion female ribbons, sixteen month old JSRL Annie U43 came up against the 926kg bull, PC Great Northern U013, the Junior and Grand Champion Angus bull, exhibited by Pine Creek Angus Stud, to take out the penultimate prize.
Judge Ben Noller from Palgrove Pastoral, Inverell NSW, along with his associate judge, James Barton, was tasked with the Angus judging.
