How do I find bulls to suit my client’s needs?
Angus Australia has searching capabilities through the Angus Select on the Angus Australia website. Angus Select helps find animals for sale or who have genetics for sale which can be searched across catalogues listed with Angus Australia.
By registering to use Angus Select you will get access to the full amount of information available on each animal including its registration details, the pedigree, its genetic condition status and its Estimated Breeding Values and Selection Indexes. Registering is free and can be done by clicking here!
When using Angus Select you can look across a single Angus sale catalogue or across multiple sale catalogues at the same time by selecting the location of sales to be looked at and adding additional details where required such as EBVs, pedigree or genetic condition test results. This feature allows you to quickly refine the number of bulls listed in the search.
When a results page is displayed, by clicking the checkbox on the lots you’re interested in, you will then be able to access the Angus report centre which can produce various reports on your selected lots which enable you to email or print them for future reference and comparison prior to the purchase of your new bull.
