Hamilton Vic to host final Centenary Forum & Function

HAMILTON VIC will host the final Centenary Forum & Function on Wednesday October 23rd, with events in Bendigo Vic and Naracoorte SA cancelled.

If you were intending to attend the Centenary Forum & Function in Bendigo  on Tuesday the 22nd of October or Naracoorte on Thursday the 24th of October, please be advised that the Hamilton event will still go ahead on Wednesday the 23rd of October.

Attendees will listen to presentations on the following R & D developments coming out of Angus Australia, which will include: 

  • Breeders Guide to Genomics – What You Must Do, Should Do & Could Do
  • The Angus Genomic Reference Population – An Invaluable Resource for Australian Angus Breeders
  • Breeding Better Angus Breeders
  • Introducing ImmuneDEX
  • Breeding for Improved Docility
  • Maintaining Genetic Diversity in the Angus Breed
  • Upcoming Enhancements to the TransTasman Angus Cattle Evaluation

Changes to the format for 2019 will see the forum beginning at 4pm, with drinks from 6pm, followed by dinner for those that wish to stay and catch up with fellow Angus breeders and staff from Angus Australia.  

The dinner will be no-host.
