2025 Female Inventory Key Dates
The 2025 Female Inventory key dates are essential for members to ensure timely and accurate reporting for both Autumn and Spring females.
These dates outline the required actions and deadlines for submitting female lists, receiving invoices, and paying inventory fees.
It’s crucial to flag females correctly in the system and submit the required information by the specified dates to avoid any late fees or complications.
Below are the important deadlines for both the Autumn and Spring inventories to help guide you through the process. Please take note of these dates and make sure to adhere to them for a smooth inventory experience.
Autumn Inventory
- 13th of January: Autumn Inventory List – Will be available to members for all females flagged as Autumn Females in your files to download.
- 14th of March: Due – Female Inventory list for Autumn females must be received by Angus Australia Office
- 21st of March: Invoice – Members will be invoiced for all active Autumn females that will be calving
- 31st of March: Calf record forms – Will be available to members
- 23rd of May: Due – Inventory fees for Autumn calving females. Late Inventory fees will be charged for members who have not paid for their Autumn Inventory Invoice
Spring Inventory
- 12th of May: Spring Inventory List – Will be available to members for all females flagged as spring females files to download.
- 11th of July: Due – Female list for Spring females must be received at the Angus Australia office
- 25th of July: Invoice – Members will be invoiced for all active Spring females that will be calving
- 4th of August: Calf record forms – Will be available to those herds who’s females will calve in Spring
- 26th of September: Due – Inventory fees for Spring calving females. Late Inventory fees will be charged for members who have not paid for their Spring Inventory Invoice
** It is very important for the Autumn and Spring Inventory that you fate off all females you do not wish to pay Female Inventory on by the due dates stated above.
