FARM FEST, TOOWOOMBA JUNE 4TH – JUNE 6TH
Queensland Angus needs your assistance to promote YOUR breed and OUR benefits. We have had a great week at Beef Week in Rockhampton and would love to continue our achievements at FarmFest in June, Tuesday 4 June – Thursday 6 June 2024.
FarmFest is fast approaching and we are seeking members to help man the QLD Angus site and display cattle with the opportunity to exhibit them in the show ring in the Battle of the Bulls and Fantastic Females competitions.
- Monday – Set-up site with panels, sawdust, promotional banners etc. Cattle can arrive today as well.
- Tuesday – Cattle can arrive before 8am & be clean and ready on the stand by 8.30am. Stand open to the public from 9am – 4pm
- Wednesday – Stand open to the public from 9am – 4pm
- Thursday – Stand open to the public from 9am – 4pm. Pack up from 4pm which includes pulling down panels.
Please drop any banners, promotional flyers, business cards etc to an attending member or into the site either on Monday or Tuesday morning.
We would greatly appreciate if you could attend the stand at anytime over the 3 days.

BREAKFAST AT AG GROW, EMERALD JUNE 21ST
Queensland Angus invite you to join us at Ag Grow, Emerald, for a breakfast forum at The Woolshed prior to the ELITE MULTI-BREED BEEF BULL SALE on Friday, June 21 from 6.30 am for 7 am start.
Our guest speakers will be Jeremy and Julie Shaw of JS Grazing who operate a commercial Angus enterprise located at Injune in the Maranoa district of Queensland.
This event is kindly sponsored by Zoetis and Angus Australia. There is no charge to attend but RSPV is required for catering purposes.
