Available as a Family Size feeding 8 to 10 people, the hard work has been (mostly) done for consumers. A juicy and tender roast is guaranteed with the beef having been sous vide to perfection, requiring 70 minutes in the oven and then ready to be served. The beef is aged to enhance the natural flavour and tenderness.
