2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting
When: Saturday 9th September
Time: 2.30pm (ACST)
Where: Heavy Horse Meeting Room which is located above the Livestock SA office at
the Adelaide Showground north of the Beef Cattle Ring
The Adelaide Show judging of the Black Angus cattle will occur from 9.00am on Saturday 9th September and you are all welcome to attend.Later in the day the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the South Australian Group will commence at 2.30pm (ACST) in the Heavy Horse Meeting Room which is located above the Livestock SA office at the Adelaide Showground north of the Beef Cattle Ring. Entry is via the stairs at the rear of the building.
At the conclusion of the AGM “After Judging Drinks” will be held in the Heavy Horse Meeting Room which will provide members with an opportunity to socialise and discuss matters regarding the Angus breed with the Committee members and with other members.
I encourage you to attend the judging and to remain at the show for the AGM. Please note that should you wish to nominate a proxy for the AGM the signed form must be received by me no later than 10.00am on Friday 8th September 2023.
