This week members have been emailed a female inventory list which includes all females flagged as AUTUMN calving females on our records for 2021.
Please check this list carefully and fate all females you do not wish to pay Female inventory on. This list should be returned to the Angus Australia office before the 19th March 2021. The Society will then calculate your invoice based on the number of active females you have remaining in each Angus Register and will send you the invoice on the 24th March 2021.
Please be careful to return your Autumn Inventory before the due date to avoid females being charged unnecessarily.
You can fate animals by using one of the following systems:
- Female Inventory paper list: Print and complete the attached forms by handwriting the fate code or season change and return a copy to Angus Australia either by post or scanned form by email.
- Website: Fate animals or change an animals calving season by using the Angus Australia Online registration system, which you access through the Angus Australia website.
- Spreadsheet. Fates may be submitted via a spreadsheet. To obtain your Spring Inventory List in a csv file, go to the Members Area on the Angus Australia website, go to Download Files and look under the Inventory tab. The file will look like “XXX_FATES_Autumn_2021.csv”.
