As the 2020 draws to a close and we start to turn our attention to the festive season and the new year of 2021, Angus Australia has looked back at the year that was for the society and our members in the latest episode of the Behind the Beef podcast (now available just in time for Christmas!).
2021 TACE Submission Deadlines
The submission deadlines for inclusion in each TransTasman Angus Cattle Evaluation (TACE) analysis during 2021 are outlined in the table below.
All submissions must be received by Angus Australia before 5pm on the submission deadline for guaranteed inclusion in the analysis.
Beef Australia 2021 is on!
Entries are now open for the Commercial Cattle Section and Carcase Section; and the schedule has been released for the Stud section. So if you are looking to exhibit in any way at Beef Australia.
Annual Enhancements to TransTasman Angus Cattle Evaluation – December 2020
Members are advised that a number of enhancements have been implemented into the analytical software that is used to calculate Estimated Breeding Values (EBVs) within the mid December 2020 TransTasman Angus Cattle Evaluation.

Results of Ballot to consider changes to the Angus Australia Constitution
The results of the ballot recently conducted among members to consider changes to the Angus Australia Constitution have been scrutineered by Roberts & Morrow Audit services (the Company Auditor) and reviewed by the Board prior to release to Members on the Declaration Day of 26th November 2020.
