In order to provide an opportunity for young members of the agricultural industry to be involved in the research and development of the Angus Sire Benchmarking Program (ASBP), Angus Australia and Charles Sturt University have awarded internships to two students.

An independent survey has identified that Angus genetics have a significant impact in the Australian cattle population, with substantial penetrance into northern Australia.

Completion of Angus Assured and Angus Sired tags program
The sale of Angus Assured and Angus Sired tags will cease from 1st December 2020.
A new yellow Angus identifier tag will be made available in conjunction with a yet to be launched live animal verification program of commercial Angus animals,
