The sale of Angus Assured and Angus Sired tags will cease from 1st December 2020.
A new yellow Angus identifier tag will be made available in conjunction with a yet to be launched live animal verification program of commercial Angus animals, that validates the use of registered Angus sires and commercial pure Angus females.
This new program will provide assurance and integrity to producers Angus breed claims when marketing their Angus cattle, providing them a competitive edge in the marketplace.
This new program will launch early 2021, so watch this space.
