Angus NSW will be hosting a committee meeting and presentation session on Friday May 6th at the Club Mudgee, followed by a farm visit on Saturday May 7th.
The meeting, open to all NSW members with an invitation for anybody wanting the to join the committee to attend, will be followed by presentations from Angus Australia CEO Scott Wright and Breed Development Officer Matt Reynolds.
The presentations will cover moving Angus forward, with a question and discussion session to close the event.
The meeting proceedings will run as below:
Friday 6th May
12 noon – Meet at Club Mudgee Bistro for lunch
1pm – Angus NSW Committee Meeting (Room 1 upstairs)
3pm – Afternoon tea and joined by those not attending meeting
3:30pm – Scott Wright, Angus Australia CEO and Matt Reynolds, Breed Development Officer will give presentations regarding Angus moving forward. Questions and discussion to follow.
5pm – Drinks followed by dinner in the Bistro
The farm visit will take the group to Talooby Angus, where stud principal Peter Grieve will display their cattle and give insight into their breeding program.

There is the recommendation for those travelling to the area, as the event falls on the weekend, to book their accommodation at their earliest convenience.
