This initiative is perfect for youth from countries that may not have enough participants to form a full team, enabling them to join a global network of like-minded peers, develop their skills, and represent their passion for agriculture and Angus cattle.

Competition Elements
Participants in the Zoetis World Angus Youth Competition will engage in exciting and diverse activities, including:
- Stock Judging: Assessing cattle quality and characteristics.
- Stock Handling & Preparation: Managing and preparing cattle for shows.
- Agricultural Skills: Tasks like fencing and machinery operation.
- Public Speaking: Presenting industry-related topics with confidence.
- Beef Carcase Assessment: Evaluating the quality of beef cuts and carcasses.
- Agriculture Education Modules: Learning and applying agricultural knowledge.
How to Apply
Application Process
Submit your application through the online survey by 9th December 2024. The application will ask you to:
- Explain why you want to join the Barbarians Team.
- Highlight your skills and relevant experiences.
- Share your background in agriculture or the beef industry.
Selection Criteria
The selection panel will evaluate applications based on your:
- Experience in agriculture and the beef industry.
- Motivation to join the team.
- Potential to contribute to the team’s success.
Successful candidates will be notified by 20th December 2024 and must confirm their position by completing payment of $3000 AUD by 31st January 2025.

- Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 to 25 as of May 1, 2025.
