It has been a busy start for the Angus breed at Beef Australia 2021, with an action packed couple of days.
Monday kicked off with the trade stand opening for business, the NH Foods Celebrity Chef lunch where Angus Reserve brand ambassador Fast Ed Halmagyi served up an Angus Reserve delight and Angus Australia along with Macka’s Australian Black Angus Beef provided lunch for the Beef Symposium.
Tuesday was an entire day of celebration of Angus, with judging taking place in the morning and the seminar, ‘The Angus Influence – from Performance to Profit’ in the afternoon, followed by drinks with our member and partners thanks to Achmea Australia.
